We currently have an opportunity for an Internal Sales Person with a focus on Retail/Counter Sales, to join our Toowoomba branch. This position would ideally suit someone with a passion for customer service combined with previous experience in Retail and/or Industrial sales. With full on the job training provided for the right candidate this is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in Sales.

As a key member of our team, you'll:

• Will be dealing with both the public and account customers through counter sales and phone enquiries.

• Prepare quotes and conduct after-sale follow-ups

• Be working closely with all departments of Southern Steel whilst maintaining strong customer relations with external clients.
  

Applicants will ideally possess the following skills and abilities; 

• Previous customer service/sales experience in Retail and/or Industrial sales

• Previous Steel Industry Knowledge ( advantageous )

• High level of attention to detail

• The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

• Strong work ethic and high level of commitment to customer service

• Excellent communications skills
