We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales Specialist to join our Brendale based team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be the go-to expert for product advice, order processing, and sales support. You'll work closely with our external sales reps and warehouse team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound sales enquiries and process customer orders

- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and industrial clients

- Provide accurate product recommendations and technical advice

- Monitor stock levels, conduct price comparisons, and support purchasing

- Keep up to date with industry trends and share valuable insights with customers

You’re an enthusiastic sales professional with a passion for industrial products and customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions.

You’ll Bring:

- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar internal sales or trade counter role

- Knowledge of fasteners and industrial supplies is a desirable

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- High attention to detail and solid organisational abilities

- Confidence using computer systems and sales platforms

- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
