Key responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect fit with comfort-focused footwear

• Actively sell, upsell, and confidently work towards KPIs

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer connections

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented store

• Replenish stock and support smooth daily store operations

• Work as part of a motivated and supportive team

About you

• Availability across the week (Weekend availability is essential)

• Confident, customer-focused seller who enjoys targets

• Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude

• Retail or footwear experience is an advantage, but not essential — full training provided
