About The Role

Working closely with our Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will help coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations while supporting and developing the team on the ground. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Supervisor with the coordination of commercial landscape maintenance projectsProviding day-to-day guidance, support and training to team membersAssisting with site inspections and ensuring work is completed to a high standardCoordinating materials, equipment and resources required for projectsMaintaining accurate site documentation and reportingBuilding strong relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholdersIdentifying issues on-site and using practical problem-solving skills to find solutions

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in commercial landscape maintenanceCertificate II or III in Landscaping or Horticulture (advantageous but not essential)Strong organisation and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood computer and literacy skillsAn eye for detail and strong customer focusPractical decision making and problem-solving skillsMust have a current Manual Driver’s Licence and White Card
