WE ARE HIRING – SALES MANAGER 🚨CPFS Engineering & Integrated Solutions is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Dandenong South, VIC.🔧 About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who has strong industry knowledge and established experience in commercial plumbing and fire products.You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, supporting the sales team and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving agreed margins.⭐ What We Are Looking ForCommercial plumbing and fire industry experience is a MUST.The successful candidate will have:✅ Proven sales experience in the commercial plumbing and/or fire industry✅ Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing products, fittings and systems✅ Strong knowledge of fire protection products and systems✅ Experience dealing with plumbing contractors, fire contractors, builders, project managers, estimators and other industry clients✅ Proven ability to develop new business and generate sales✅ Experience managing and growing major customer accounts✅ Strong negotiation, pricing and commercial skills✅ Ability to manage quotes and maintain healthy profit margins✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills✅ Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and solve problems✅ Good computer skills and experience with sales/CRM or database systems✅ A proactive, driven and results-focused attitudeIndustry knowledge and hands-on experience are essential.
