The Role
Lead a store that makes a real difference!

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Retail Manager to lead our newly refurbished Ingham store.

This is more than just managing a retail store. Every sale, every donation and every customer who walks through the door helps support people in need across Queensland. As our Retail Manager, you'll create an exceptional shopping experience while leading a passionate team of staff and volunteers who are committed to making a positive impact in the local community.

No two days are ever the same. You'll be on the shop floor coaching your team, creating eye-catching displays, merchandising quality donated goods, driving store performance and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a busy retail environment and wants their work to have a genuine purpose beyond sales.

This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) based in Ingham, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

What you’ll bring:

• Your experience - previous experience leading a team to achieve key targets and operational outcomes
• Your knowledge – of retail operations, retail strategies, merchandising, leadership, growth and sustainability
• An eye for sustainable fashion and repurposing with purpose – ensuring our customers find their next hidden treasure
