✔ Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (experience in Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation is highly regarded)
• Proven knife skills and a solid understanding of food safety standards
• Strong speed, efficiency, and attention to detail during peak service hours
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

✔ What You’ll Do

• Prepare fresh ingredients, handle raw fish with precision, and craft high-quality sushi
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste across all dishes
• Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth daily service and food prep schedules
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and assist in maintaining overall kitchen organization
