You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that delight our customers and uphold the reputation of our family-owned restaurant. Benefits Full-time stable employment  Supportive and professional team environment  Career growth and development opportunities  Competitive salary package Task & responsibilities Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in accordance with menu and customer requirements  Assisting in menu planning and developing new dishes  Monitoring food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality Managing stock levels and ordering kitchen supplies when required  Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations  Supervising kitchen operations during service periods  Assisting with rostering and training junior kitchen staff  Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment Qualification & experience Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or related field  At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef in Italian kitchen Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment  Excellent communication and teamwork skills  Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards About Company Villaggio is a Sydney-based restaurant group built on family, passion and a lifelong love of food.
