CDSM Civil Infrastructure is a growing civil engineering and commercial plumbing contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across local government, commercial, and defence sectors. With a strong pipeline of work secured throughout the 2026–2027 financial year, we are seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Construction Operators to join our team.

Working within a professional crew, you will assist in delivering a range of infrastructure projects across the Adelaide region. This role is suited to individuals who enjoy construction, take pride in contributing to South Australia’s future infrastructure, and can work confidently around live services, trenches, and detailed civil works.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in Civil Construction, Stormwater Installation and detailed earthworks.

• Perform pre-start checks & maintain plant to a high standard.

• Operate multiple types of plant, which includes but not limited to - excavator, loader, skid steer & roller.

• Assisting crews on-site where required.

• Maintaining safe and efficient site practices and requirements.

About You

• An ambitious self-starter driven to deliver projects safely and successfully

• Previous experience in civil construction preferred but not essential

• White Card (Construction Induction) – required

• Relevant tickets of various plant types, as listed above but aren't limited to

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn and take direction
