About the Opportunity

Note: This is a part time position (3 days per week) for a six-month period.

As Data Officer, you will work closely with the Data Systems Quality Lead to support the delivery of high-quality data management, reporting, systems support and quality improvement activities across our headspace services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, improving systems and supporting frontline teams to deliver quality services to young people.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Qualifications and/or experience in administration, data management, quality systems or a related field
• Strong data literacy skills with the ability to validate, interpret and analyse information
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with databases, reporting platforms or electronic medical records (highly regarded)
• The ability to build positive working relationships with clinicians and operational staff
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality, data integrity and quality standards
• An understanding of and commitment to working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and culturally diverse communities
