To be successful you must have but not limited to:

• minimum 3 years experience

• minimum Cert Ill in commercial cookery

• Exceptional food quality and food safety knowledge

• The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Have equivalent experience in hands on, high volume cooking including à la carte 

• Contribute to our daily processes and work along side the Sous Chef and Head Chef.

• Be team orientated

• Work well under pressure and be both confident and creative in the kitchen.

• able to work independently and and as part as a team
