The Belmore Hotel is one of Maitland's leading privately owned venues, recently renovated to set a new standard for customer experience in the area. We operate a busy restaurant, excellent gaming facilities and a thriving bar trade, catering to everyone from a quick business lunch to a great night out with friends. The Role

We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, working alongside a collaborative team to prepare high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back.

What You'll Bring

• Trade qualification as a Chef or Cook
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Confidence coordinating daily tasks with kitchen staff
• A track record of timely, high-quality food service
• Solid understanding of stock management — ordering, rotation and wastage control
• Working knowledge of OH&S, HACCP, and Food Safety Program management
• The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• A positive, professional attitude
• An understanding of food and labour costing
