The Opportunity

We're offering a Junior IT Support role for someone looking to start a career in IT Support. You'll work alongside experienced people, learning on the job while gaining the skills to become a IT Support professional.

What You'll Be Doing

• Setting up and testing hardware and mobile devices ahead of new starterand swap dates, and ensuring new staff have working equipment, software and app access on day one

• Assisting with account creation and access set-up on Google and Dropbox under the direction of IT Support - Senior

• Providing first-response troubleshooting for day-to-day hardware, software and connectivity issues, and logging and closing tickets promptly

• Escalating Level 2/3 issues to IT Support - Senior with clear documentation

• Maintaining accurate IT equipment logs and subscription registers e.g. software vendors, mobile phone plans, hardware/mobile device register.

• Acting as the primary day-to-day owner of the Monday.com IT task board, keeping it current so the team has a live, accurate view of workload

• Conducting regular scheduled device update/maintenance rhythm for office staff

About You

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable and takes genuine pride in their work. You'll ideally bring:

• Cert II/III in Information Technology or equivalent is desirable but not required

• Entry level - 0-2 years' experience in IT support, retail/customer service, or a technical trade considered. A genuine interest in technology and willingness to learn is essential.

• Ability to work as a part of a team and deal with a wide range of people in day-to-day conditions

• Commitment to delivering high-quality results and going above and beyond

• Current Driver's Licence, required for regular site travel

• High level of personal integrity, honesty and reliability

• A genuine learning mindset - willing to be coached and to ask for help before guessing
