Dispatch Operator

Step into a pivotal role at our Ventia Operations Centre in Parramatta as a Dispatch Operator. You’ll be at the heart of operations making informed decisions to deploy resources effectively and keep everything running smoothly, even when priorities compete. Role

We have two full time permanent roles available, working Monday to Friday across the following shifts, with occasional optional overtime and weekend work available:

8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm3pm – 11pm

About The Role

Play a key role in coordinating and delivering operational outcomes through effective dispatch and communication. You’ll be required to:

Dispatch work orders and ensure high priority jobs are allocated within required timeframesManage multiple contracts, balancing competing priorities and tasksCoordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to resolve scheduling and access issuesAction and resolve tickets including overdue work orders, reallocations and cancellationsDeliver a positive customer experience while achieving KPIs and maintaining accurate system records

About You

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations confidentlyComfortable multitasking across systems while managing competing prioritiesTech savvy with experience maintaining accurate data and using multiple platformsProven ability to meet KPIs, maintain attendance, and deliver consistent performance
