About the Role:
 

Reporting to the Site Maintenance Supervisor this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Auto Electrician to join our growing team.  You will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding, diagnosing and repairing all aspects of auto electrical systems across our fleet ensuring reliability and minimal down time.

Roster & Location: 7 days on, 7 days off (Wed to Tue) based at the Alcoa Willowdale Mine Site
 
About you:

• Hold a Nationally recognised Certificate III Automotive Electrical Technology
• Experience working on Caterpillar and Komatsu earthmoving equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics with strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
• Current Australian Drivers Licence (HR is desirable)
• Safety focused mindset with a solid work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

Desirable:

• HRWL - LF, WP
• Work safely at heights
• Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology
• Experience working with Hexagon and Trimble machine guidance systems

• Competitive hourly rates: Full time $55 - $70 per hour or Casual $65 - $83 per hour
