Your role, your impact 

Reporting to the Head of Partnering, you will influence people outcomes across Media & Trading while helping leaders navigate complex workforce environments. 

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organisational design 

• Provide expert advice on awards, legislation and employee relations 

• Coach leaders through complex people matters and decisions 

• Support workforce change initiatives with practical people solutions 

• Translate business priorities into actionable people plans 

• Strengthen compliance while enabling strong commercial outcomes 

What you'll need to succeed 

You are commercially minded, collaborative and ready to expand your influence across a complex portfolio. 

• Experienced in employee and industrial relations advisory 

• Strong capability interpreting awards and employment legislation 

• Proven ability influencing leaders in complex environments 

• Experienced supporting workforce change and consultation processes 

• Ability to balance compliance, risk and commercial outcomes 

• Strong stakeholder relationships and solution-focused mindset
