Service Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or automotive customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and positive service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings
• Accurately preparing repair orders and service documentation
• Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
• Providing clear communication regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance and timelines
• Identifying and presenting additional service and repair recommendations
• Following up with customers throughout the service process
• Processing invoices and finalising customer transactions
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service retention

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• A positive attitude and professional presentation
• Strong computer literacy and dealership management system experience advantageous
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence
