Rosters Officer

At Flexi Queensland is a community centred disability organisation that provide an array of disability support services across the Burdekin region specifically Ayr and Home Hill.

The role of Rostering Officer is pivotal to the lives of the Service Users we support and in this role every roster you build turns into someone's independence and someone's routine that works.

What you will be doing:

• Managing and forward planning the TRACCS roster for our team of support workers;
• Working with our Development and Support Facilitators to match skils to the needs of each service user.
• Creating, processing and approving timesheets and supporting our Finance Officer with the administration of Payroll.
• Processing leave requests and making rostering recommendations to management.
• Sharing the after hours on call phone (only one day at a time)

What you will bring:

• Solid rostering experience - with experience using TRACCS highly regarded
• A sharp eye for detail, accurate record keeping and a strength in delivering sometimes challenging outcomes within tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confident across Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Flexible mindset with the ability to maintain composure when the day changes at 7am.
• Ability to operate with a strengths based approach and share the company values.

This position works collaboratively across a small centre team and due to the close nature of collaboration that is required the position is a full time in office role.

Pay: $36.22 – $39.43 per hour
