The Opportunity

About the role

As a Grand Seiko Sales Associate, you will serve as the face of the brand, showcasing its craftsmanship and innovation while creating exceptional customer journeys, exceeding sales goals, and helping drive the boutique's ongoing success.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP customers, to drive repeat business

• Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to Boutique Management

• Maintain a strong knowledge of Grand Seiko products, brand heritage, and competitor offerings

• Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience

• Support boutique events, activations, and product launches

• Ensure product displays are maintained in line with brand guidelines

• Assist with daily boutique operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures as required

About you

• Outstanding client service and communication skills

• Strong product knowledge with a willingness to continually learn

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

• 2 years+ experience in retail sales

• Familiarity with merchandising and visual display practices
