The Opportunity
As a Grand Seiko Sales Associate, you will represent the brand with professionalism, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the overall success of the boutique..
The Role
Welcome clients warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP customers, to drive repeat business.Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to Boutique Management.Maintain a strong knowledge of Grand Seiko products, brand heritage, and competitor offerings.Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.Support boutique events, activations, and product launches.Ensure product displays are maintained in line with brand guidelines.Assist with daily boutique operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures as required.
Your SkillsOutstanding client service and communication skillsStrong product knowledge with a willingness to continually learnAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentHigh attention to detail with strong organisational skills2 years+ experience in retail salesFamiliarity with merchandising and visual display practices
