We are currently seeking a Casual All-Rounder (Reception & Housekeeping) to join our team.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Casual All-Rounder to work across both Reception and Housekeeping functions at Dubbo Holiday Park.

This is a hands-on and varied position where you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service at the front office while helping maintain the cleanliness and presentation of accommodation, amenities and shared facilities.

The role includes weekend work, availability across a 7-day rotating roster, with shifts and hours varying based on business needs. From time to time, you may also be required to participate in an on-call roster to assist with after-hours guest enquiries or operational matters.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
• Handle reservations, guest enquiries and telephone calls
• Process payments and perform cash handling duties
• Provide local area information and deliver exceptional guest service
• Perform general reception and administrative tasks
• Clean cabins, amenities, camp kitchens and other common areas to a high standard
• Assist with the presentation and cleanliness of the park grounds and facilities
• Work collaboratively with the park team to ensure a positive guest experience
• Undertake other general duties as directed by management

About You

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a holiday park, hotel or hospitality environment (preferred)
• Experience using reservation systems (RMS experience highly regarded, but training can be provided)
• A friendly, positive and guest-focused attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail when cleaning accommodation and facilities
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent personal presentation and reliability
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, and participate in an on-call roster as required.
• Availability for an immediate start will be highly regarded

Remuneration

The rate of pay for this role will be in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.
