We are currently looking for a Casual All-Rounder to join our team. This role will require you to work across both areas, which will include the cleaning of accommodation, amenities and common areas and general front office receptionist duties

The successful applicant must possess;

• Previous front-of-house reception experience within a holiday park, hotel, motel or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated experience using a reservation management system, with RMS experience highly regarded.
• Confident in managing guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, telephone enquiries, payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Cash handling and EFTPOS experience.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent personal presentation with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
• A flexible, hands-on approach, with a willingness to assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning accommodation and amenities, when required to support the team.
• Willingness to undertake a variety of operational tasks as directed by management.
• Available to work a rotating seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, with varying shifts.
• Available for an immediate start.
