Solar Sales Consultant – Residential Solar | Remote

Stag Electrical Solar & Refrigeration is expanding our residential solar sales team and we're looking for an experienced solar salesperson who knows how to convert.

This is not an entry-level sales role.

We're looking for someone who already understands residential solar and batteries, knows how to run a strong sales consultation, follow up properly and consistently close qualified opportunities.

The Role

You'll manage residential solar and battery opportunities from initial consultation through to sale.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting phone and video consultations with homeowners

• Understanding customer energy usage, goals and requirements

• Recommending suitable solar and battery solutions

• Preparing and presenting proposals

• Following up opportunities consistently

• Handling objections and closing sales

• Maintaining accurate CRM records

• Managing your pipeline and follow-up activity

• Ensuring sold jobs are handed over accurately to operations

You will be measured on sales performance, conversion, pipeline management and sales process compliance.

Who We're Looking For

You must have proven residential solar sales experience in Australia.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• A strong track record selling residential solar and/or batteries

• Consistent conversion of supplied leads

• Strong phone and video sales skills

• Excellent follow-up discipline

• Solid knowledge of solar systems, batteries and residential energy solutions

• Confidence discussing system design, products, finance and customer objections

• Strong CRM and pipeline management

• The ability to perform in a structured, KPI-driven sales environment

We're not looking for someone wanting to break into solar sales.

We're looking for someone who already knows the industry and wants the lead flow, systems and support to perform at a high level.

Remuneration

$120,000–$160,000 OTE

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with earnings driven by your ability to convert the qualified opportunities supplied to you.

This role suits an experienced solar salesperson who wants consistent lead flow, strong operational support and the opportunity to earn at the top end of the range.
