The Opportunity

Solar Market has been helping Australians switch to solar for over a decade. As part of a well-established group, we operate one of the country's largest solar lead marketplaces — connecting thousands of homeowners with trusted solar retailers every year.

We're expanding our Solar Concierge team in WA and we're looking for one thing: experienced solar salespeople who back themselves.

This is not a cold-calling role. You'll work warm, pre-qualified leads from homeowners who've already asked for help. Your job is to run the consultation, build trust, and close.

Earn between $10,000 and $20,000+ per month ( if you're doing $200k in sales a month or more, that's you ) 

What the Role Looks Like

• Inbound-style consultations with homeowners actively researching solar, batteries and EV chargers.

• Prepare tailored proposals and guide customers to the right solution

• Manage your pipeline and follow-up discipline through HubSpot CRM

• Work from home, autonomously — you set your pace, you own your results

Who We're Looking For

You have direct solar sales experience. You know the product, you understand STCs and state incentives, and you can walk a customer through a battery proposal without reading from a script.

More importantly, you hold yourself to a high standard. You follow up. You do what you say you'll do. You're not looking for a salary to hide behind — you want to be paid on what you produce.

We're not looking for someone who shows up and hopes for the best. We want people who know exactly what they want to earn, have a plan to get there, and hold themselves accountable when they fall short.

You're the right fit if:

• You have proven experience in solar PV, battery or energy solution sales

• You have strong knowledge of current state and federal incentives

• You've worked commission-based roles and performed well

• You're consultative by nature — you sell by helping, not by pressuring

• You're organised, self-driven and comfortable working independently
