About the Role

You'll work with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their home's energy efficiency.

Using our proven consultative sales process, you'll:

• Conduct phone and virtual consultations with qualified customers.

• Understand each customer's energy usage and recommend the right solution.

• Present solar, battery, heat pump, air conditioning and EV charging options.

• Prepare accurate quotations using our internal systems.

• Follow up opportunities and manage your sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Our operations, design, approvals, scheduling and installation teams take care of the rest, allowing you to focus on what you do best—selling.

Who We're Looking For

You'll likely have experience selling high-value products or services over the phone and enjoy building trust with customers.

You'll have:

• A proven track record in phone sales or consultative sales.

• Strong closing skills with confidence handling objections.

• Excellent communication and rapport-building ability.

• A professional, customer-first approach.

• Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems.

• A desire to continually improve and maximise your earnings.

Solar industry experience is an advantage but isn't essential. If you're a great closer, we'll teach you the products.
