Sydney CBD | Full-Time, Permanent | Choose a Fixed 1:30 a.m or 1:30 p.m Shift

We're Feedwell, one of Sydney's fastest-growing fresh food catering businesses. We deliver thousands of meals daily to workplaces like Google, Amazon, Canva, and Louis Vuitton - but it's our production crew that makes it happen.

We're hiring full-time Production Crew to prepare, assemble, and pack fresh food in our central kitchen. You'll be working at your own bench, following the step-by-step procedures we train you on, and working to the system so everything is consistent. This is hands-on, practical work - making sure every salad, wrap, sandwich, and grazing board looks great, tastes fresh, and goes out on time.

This is a full-time, permanent job with fixed days and hours. It's not casual work. You'll know exactly when you're working, what your role is, and what's expected. No last-minute roster changes.

We offer two full-time, fixed shift options - an early morning shift starting at 1.30 a.m, or an afternoon/evening shift starting at 1pm - Monday to Friday (weekend options available, if you want it).

What You'll Do

• Prep work such as chopping, portioning, and batching produce and proteins to recipe specs, plus cooking and roasting vegetables.
• Prepare & assemble salads, wraps, sandwiches, grazing/fruit platters and bakery items to our recipes and standards - we'll show you exactly how
• Follow our step-by-step procedures and stick with them once trained
• Work at your station with pace and consistency to hit production times
• Keep your bench clean, organised, and food-safe
• Rotate across stations (prep & assembly) once trained, so you can build more skills
• Be respectful, reliable, and a positive part of your team

Shift Times

• Full Time roles - 38.5 hours, options, day, time -

Option A: Mon-Thur, 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and Friday, 1:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Option B: Sun-Wed, 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and Thursday, 1:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (Higher pay!)

Option C: Mon-Tues, 1:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and Wed-Fri, 1:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Option D: Tues-Sat, 1:00a.m. - 9:30 a.m. (Sat 4:00a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)

Option E: Mon-Thur, 3:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Friday 3:00am - 10:00 a.m.)

• Part Time - 32 hours or 20 hours, options, days, time -

Option F: Sun-Wed, 1:00 p.m. -9:30 p.m.

Option G: Mon-Thu, 5:00a.m. -10:00a.m.

Option H: Tues-Fri, 6:00am - 11:00a.m.
