Sales Representative / Business Development – Commission Only

About the role

Cleanse Deep Cleaning is a growing Cairns commercial cleaning company looking for a confident, motivated salesperson to help bring on new commercial clients. This is a commission-only opportunity with flexible hours, ideal for someone with sales experience who wants to earn additional income around existing commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses around Cairns that could benefit from commercial cleaning services

• Contact business owners, managers and other decision-makers

• Generate genuine sales opportunities for Cleanse

• Help move interested prospects toward a quote or site visit

• Build relationships with potential commercial clients

About you

• Confident speaking with business owners and managers

• Comfortable prospecting and approaching new businesses

• Communicates professionally

• Self-motivated and can work independently

• Ideally has previous sales, business development or appointment-setting experience

• Existing relationships with Cairns businesses would be a major advantage

Commission

This is a commission-only role with flexible hours.

You'll earn 25% of the first month's recurring cleaning revenue for every new commercial client you bring to Cleanse.

For example:

• $2,000/month contract = $500 commission

• $4,000/month contract = $1,000 commission

• $8,000/month contract = $2,000 commission

There is no set limit on how much you can earn.
