We are seeking a talented and reliable

Chef de Partie to join our energetic team. If you're passionate about great food, have a can-do attitude, and thrive in a high-energy environment, we want to hear from you.

The Role

This is a Full Time position, work hours including nights and weekends. Also Casual position is considered. You will work closely with our Head Chef and senior team members to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards & consistency.Adherence to all NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations, with strong focus on maintaining a clean & organised work stations.Working on various stations (hot, cold, and grill) as required.Contribute to a positive, collaborative, professional kitchen culture.

About You

Minimum 1 year experience as a demi CDP in a similar, quality restaurant environment.Strong culinary & communication skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethics.
