About the Role

Swimart Bundall and Robina is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Service Technician to join our team on the Gold Coast region, QLD. As a full-time Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pool maintenance services to our valued customers in the local area. What You'll Be Doing

• Performing routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment maintenance tasks

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting pool equipment issues, and completing necessary repairs

• Installation of pool equipment including filters, pumps, chlorinators, heaters and much more

• Providing personalised customer service and advice to help customers maintain their pools

• Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations

• Use of service M8 to give detailed records of service activities and pool conditions

• Collaborating with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the business

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Pool Service Technician or similar role in the trades and services industry

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and maintenance procedures

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide expert advice to clients

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and safely

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence

• Certification in pool maintenance or a willingness to obtain relevant qualifications
