Pool Service Technician

About the role

Atlantic Pool Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing team in Burpengary, QLD. This part-time or full-time position involves servicing and maintaining residential pools across North Brisbane while delivering outstanding customer service.

As the face of our business, you'll help ensure every pool is clean, safe and operating at its best. You'll work independently, solve problems on the go, and build lasting relationships with our loyal customers. Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine pool maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, filtration system checks and equipment inspections

• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment faults and carry out repairs where required

• Clean pool surfaces, vacuum pools, skim debris and maintain pools to a high standard

• Complete accurate service records using our mobile technology.

• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining maintenance requirements and providing practical pool care advice

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and industry best practices

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through reliable, high-quality service

• Represent Atlantic Pool Services with professionalism and integrity at every customer visit.

What we're looking for

• Experience in pool servicing, equipment maintenance, plumbing, irrigation, mechanical repairs or a similar hands-on trade is highly regarded but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and mobile apps to complete service reports and customer records.

• Current Australian driver's licence.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively and solve problems using practical common sense.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including lifting and carrying equipment.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
