Digital Analyst - Marketplace

Brand Collective is entering an exciting new chapter as we build our marketplace capability and create a new digital retail channel for our portfolio of brands.

We're looking for a Digital Analyst to join us on a 12-month contract and get hands-on with the build behind one of Brand Collective's newest ventures. Reporting into the delivery team, you'll translate business needs into clear requirements and work across ecommerce platforms and connected systems to get key processes launch ready. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Capture and document business, customer and operational requirements, turning them into clear user stories and functional specs
• Run workshops with Ecommerce, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Finance and implementation partners to resolve gaps and drive decisions
• Support platform configuration, including workflows, taxonomy, commissions, shipping, payments and returns
• Own testing, build SIT and UAT plans, scenarios and scripts, and coordinate end-to-end testing across the customer journey
• Run quality control, log and triage defects in Jira, and chase fixes through to resolution
• Support cutover planning, launch validation and post-launch stabilisation
• Build reporting to support launch decisions

ABOUT YOU

• 4+ years in digital business analysis, ecommerce delivery, systems implementation, QA or platform operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus (or comparable platforms) highly desirable
• Strong requirements-capture skills: workshops, user stories, process mapping, acceptance criteria
• Comfortable across SIT, UAT, defect triage and release readiness
• Confident coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders across a fast-moving build
• Calm under pressure, especially through testing, cutover and launch
