Experienced Flooring Sales Representative

Carpet Court Macgregor is seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys helping customers transform their homes & Businesses while working with one of Australia’s most recognised flooring brands.

We are looking for someone who is confident in building customer relationships, generating sales, and guiding clients through the flooring selection process from initial enquiry through to installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in our showroom

• Conducting in-home measures and consultations

• Preparing accurate quotes and proposals

• Following up enquiries and converting leads into sales

• Recommending flooring solutions based on customer needs and budget

• Coordinating with installers and administration staff

• Maintaining strong product knowledge across carpet, vinyl, hybrid flooring, timber and window furnishings

• Building relationships with builders, real estate agents, property managers and local businesses

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Proven Flooring sales experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude

• Current driver’s licence

• Strong computer skills

Highly Regarded:

• Flooring industry experience

• Experience measuring and quoting flooring projects

• Knowledge of carpet, vinyl, hybrid and timber flooring products

• Experience using RFMS or similar quoting software
