INTERNAL SALES & ESTIMATING COORDINATOR

Clearview Aluminium Windows and Doors is looking for an organised and capable person to join our team in an internal sales and estimating support role. This is a varied position for someone who enjoys working with detail, taking ownership of their work and keeping jobs moving from quotation through to production.

This is primarily an office-based role. After a thorough training period, you will need to be comfortable working independently, managing your priorities and following established systems.

About the role

You will initially support our quoting and purchasing processes, learning our products, systems and the way our jobs move through the business. As your knowledge and confidence grow, the role will develop to include greater responsibility for coordinating orders and assisting with production and installation scheduling.

Key responsibilities

·      Entering and preparing customer quotations accurately

·      Reviewing plans, measurements and job information

·      Responding to customer and builder enquiries by phone and email

·      Ordering aluminium, hardware and other materials for upcoming jobs

·      Checking supplier confirmations, pricing and expected delivery dates

·      Maintaining accurate job records and following up outstanding information

·      Working closely with management, workshop staff and installers

·      Progressing into production and installation scheduling once fully trained

·      Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities

·      Clear and professional communication skills

·      Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software

·      A practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to ask questions

·      The ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks

·      Reliability, initiative and a genuine interest in learning our industry

Experience

Experience in aluminium windows and doors, glazing, construction, estimating, trade sales, purchasing or scheduling would be highly regarded. However, we are also open to someone with strong administration and customer-service skills who has the right attitude and the ability to learn.
