Alliance Community is growing! We’re looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our Townsville team and make a genuine difference in the lives of the people we support.

• Provide personal care and daily living support

• Assist with household tasks and meal preparation

• Support community access, appointments and transport

• Provide companionship, encouragement and emotional support

• Work across SIL, sleepover and community support

• Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle

• Minimum 15 hours per week, with opportunities for more

• Paid eligible travel/mileage

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, or relevant qualification

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Current Blue Card for employment purposes

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Current National Police Check for employment purposes

• Current vehicle registration and comprehensive car insurance

Previous disability support experience is preferred, but we value attitude, compassion and commitment.
