Senior Customer Relationship Manager & Debt Collections Position – Perth

As we continue to grow, we're searching for an exceptional experienced Snr Customer Relationship Manager and an amazing Debt collector to work within our high performing WA team.

Use your previous debt collection experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, helping vulnerable customers find solutions to managing their debt.

What you will bring to the table;

· Previous collections or debt recovery experience minimum 2 years

· Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, ability to manage complex conversations

· A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and professionalism in every interaction

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, always ensuring accuracy and compliance

· Appreciation of process and following applicable legislation

Day to Day;

· Connect with customers through inbound/outbound calls

· Negotiating win-win payment solutions that support customers while delivering great client outcomes

· Tackle complex customer matters and resolve challenging situations

· Support Vulnerable customers by identifying hardship situations and connecting them with the right assistance

· Help drive team success by supporting the Team Leader in delivering a collaborative, high-performing and friendly culture

· Coach and mentor new starters with training and sharing your expertise

· Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, customer service excellence and a positive attitude that inspires those around you
