About the role
As part of the reception team, you'll be the first point of contact for students and help keep the studio running smoothly. You'll welcome students and create a warm, positive studio experience while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy pole dancing studio across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
Welcome students and create a warm, positive studio experience
Manage student bookings, enquiries and class schedules
Handle sales, memberships and new student sign-ups
Follow up with leads and help convert enquiries into bookings
Make and take calls on the phone with confidence
Use a Mac efficiently and confidently for day-to-day tasks
Answer phone calls, emails and messages
Keep the reception area and studio clean, tidy and presentable
Assist with general studio maintenance and ensure everything is ready for classes
Support instructors and the wider team when needed
About you
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident and comfortable with sales and signing up new students over the phone
Sales experience required.
Highly organised and reliable
Efficient and confident using a Mac computer
Great attention to detail
Takes pride in keeping spaces clean, tidy and well maintained
Proactive and happy to pitch in wherever needed
Can work independently while also being a great team player
Positive, welcoming personality and enjoys working with people
Must have a car
