Experienced Service Advisor

Melton Mazda - Full-Time

Since opening in November 2025, Melton Mazda has continued to grow, with an expanding customer base and a modern, purpose-built dealership we're proud of.

As our Service Department continues to grow, we're now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

We're looking for someone with previous automotive Service Advisor experience who understands what great customer service looks like, can confidently manage a busy service environment and enjoys working closely with customers, technicians and the wider dealership team.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers throughout their service experience, ensuring they are kept informed and receive a professional and positive experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer service bookings and vehicle check-ins

• Discussing servicing and repair requirements with customers

• Providing clear and timely customer updates throughout the day

• Preparing and explaining repair estimates and invoices

• Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team

• Identifying and discussing additional service or repair requirements

• Managing customer expectations and agreed timeframes

• Following up customers and maintaining a high standard of customer service

• Supporting the overall efficiency and performance of the Service Department

About You

You're an experienced automotive Service Advisor who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a busy dealership environment and understands the importance of communication and teamwork.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A good understanding of dealership service operations

• The ability to confidently manage a busy workload and multiple customers

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• A professional, positive and team-focused approach

• Confidence using dealership management and manufacturer systems

• A current Australian driver's licence

Mazda or manufacturer dealership experience will be highly regarded, however, experienced Service Advisors from other automotive brands are strongly encouraged to apply.
