Purchasing & Supply Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Purchasing & Supply Coordinator to join a fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across purchasing, supplier coordination, logistics and customer service who enjoys managing multiple priorities and working with a range of stakeholders.
About the Role
You will act as a key link between customers, suppliers and site teams, coordinating the purchasing and delivery of products from initial order through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing activities and coordinate with local and international suppliersProcess customer orders and respond to enquiriesSource products and obtain supplier quotes and availabilityCoordinate local and international freight and deliveriesFollow up suppliers and freight providers to ensure deadlines are metResolve delivery issues and provide timely solutions to customersManage order documentation, invoices and compliance requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teamsExperienced in purchasing, logistics, supply chain or customer serviceComfortable managing multiple orders, deadlines and prioritiesProactive and confident when following up suppliers and resolving issuesAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
