IT support and Helpdesk Person

About the role

Global Technology Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Microsoft Support Person who is eager to learn, be mentored, and grow their IT career. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft & Google platforms (desktop/user support)

• Troubleshoot IT issues using proven troubleshooting skills

• Deliver customer-focused support with strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Work independently, multitask, and maintain goal-oriented approach

About you

• 2+ years supporting Microsoft platforms (desktop/user support)

• Solid understanding of networking principles

• Proven troubleshooting skills

• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and be goal-oriented

• Current driver's licence and vehicle

• Australian residency

• Experience with AI tools, Microsoft Co-pilot Studio, and programming skills are a bonus
