The Role

As a Solar & Battery Sales Executive, you will drive residential solar and battery storage sales across the Sydney market. You will guide homeowners through energy assessments, present tailored solar & storage proposals, and close sales both from the office and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with residential customers across Sydney to evaluate their energy bills and design custom solar PV and battery storage solutions.
• Convert incoming leads into closed sales through phone, email, video, and in-person presentations.
• Conduct occasional local site visits in Sydney to assess roof structure, shading, switchboard suitability, and meet clients face-to-face.
• Manage your sales pipeline efficiently using our CRM system from start to contract execution.
• Work closely with management to develop team strategies and prepare yourself for leadership responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven sales experience in the Australian solar and battery industry (candidates with 3+ years will be fast-tracked).
• Solar & Battery Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar PV, inverters, battery storage ecosystems, tariffs, and government rebates (NSW battery incentives, STCs).
• Work Setup: Ability to work full-time in-office Monday to Friday, with flexibility for local site visits.
• Sales Drive: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Licensing: Current NSW Driver’s License and reliable transport for site visits.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Base Salary: $55,000 + Superannuation.
• Commission: Generous, uncapped commission structure paid on closed deals.
