Bistro Manager

The Brook Bar and Bistro is looking for a confident, energetic and passionate Bistro Leader to bring warmth, momentum and exceptional service to our busy venue.

With space for 130+ patrons, a popular Wednesday Steak Night, and a calendar of events and promotions, our bistro is a vibrant, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on motivating a team, creating memorable guest experiences, and keeping service running smoothly during busy shifts.

We’re seeking a proactive, organised leader with experience coordinating events and functions, managing staff and labour costs, and spotting opportunities to keep improving the bistro experience.

Essential Criteria:

·       At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Full-time availability, including weekends

·       RSA and Food Safety Hygiene Certificate

·       Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach

·       Passion for food with solid à la carte experience

·       A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
