At Kanwal Springs Care Community, we're looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centred care while supporting and developing our dedicated clinical team.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

• Permanent, Full-time role working 38 hours per week. 
• Current Australian Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical, care planning and AN-ACC experience
• Experience as an Educator highly regarded
