• Research and recommend suitable home loan and finance solutions

• Manage applications from initial enquiry through to settlement

• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners

• Develop and grow your own client base and referral network

• Deliver an outstanding client experience that generates repeat and referral business

• Maintain high standards of compliance and responsible lending

• Proactively build and grow your mortgage broking business

• Experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending or financial services

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals

• Commercial drive and an entrepreneurial mindset

• Self-motivation and a desire to build something of your own

• Relevant mortgage broking qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
