About the role:

In this role, you will support the Quality Assurance team within our fast-paced and dynamic pack shed environment. We’re looking for passionate quality champions to assist with the day-to-day operations of our blueberry production pack lines. You will play a key role in promoting a strong quality-focused culture—essential to the success of our 2026 season—with quality remaining your top priority at all times.

 About you: 

To be successful in this role you will: 

• Previous experience or training in a food production or quality assurance role
• Strong communication skills, with intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Basic computer skills, including data entry
• Confidence using technology, particularly software applications on an iPad
• Reliable personal transport to travel to and from work
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
• Physical stamina to work on your feet all day in a cool room environment
• A driven, self-motivated attitude with a focus on productivity and performance
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work respectfully across diverse cultures
• Good judgment in assessing product quality and a strong sense of accountability

You will need to have your own vehicle and driver’s licence.
