Casual Duty Manager

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will have a proven operational knowledge of the day to day operations of Gaming, TAB and Food & Beverage - both Back of house & Front of House.  The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus who can deliver high customer expectations.  You will also be a capable leader who knows how to get the best from our staff base and building trusted relationships and mutual respect with your team mates.

About the role:

Reporting to the Venue Manager you will assist in the daily operations of the hotel including:

• Manager on duty for the venue including day to day operations;

• Be willing to go the extra mile to help drive customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of customer service;

• Assisting and development staff whilst maintaining a positive working culture within the venue;

• Ensuring hotel polices and systems are maintained;

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays;

Ideally you will have:

• Gaming experience.

• A career minded outlook with strong leadership skills;

• Previous experience in a management or senior role, with the ability to run a team;

• Confidence in working within a fast-paced, high volume environment whilst providing excellent customer service;

• Strong food and beverage knowledge;

• RSA, RSG (Gaming licence)
