Sushi Maker / All-Rounder - Full Time

We are a busy sushi takeaway in Yokine looking for a reliable and experienced Sushi Maker / All Rounder member to join us full-time.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in sushi, Japanese food, food preparation or a fast-paced commercial kitchen. Sushi rolling experience is highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right experienced candidate.

The role

• Making and rolling sushi

• Daily food preparation

• Customer service

• Restocking and maintaining product presentation

• Keeping work areas clean and organised

• Working efficiently during busy service periods

• Monitoring stock levels and stock ordering

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a fast-paced food or kitchen environment

• Sushi-making experience is highly regarded

• Works quickly while maintaining quality and consistency

• Is reliable, punctual and organised

• Takes initiative and can work independently

• Is a quick learner and open to feedback

• Is available Monday–Friday, 38 hours per week

• Is looking for a stable, long-term position

What we offer

• $60,000–$65,000 + super, depending on experience
