Full Time Chef – Shuji Sushi Lonsdale Street

Shuji Sushi is going through an exciting transitional phase and we are looking for Sushi Sensei's to join our growing ranks!

We are currently looking for a Full Time Chef to join our restaurant in Lonsdale Street!

Must be available Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm)

To be considered for the role of Chef/Cook at Shuji Sushi you will need to;

·       Have experience working in a high volume fast paced kitchen

·       Have a great attitude and work ethic

·       Be flexible and reliable with availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

·       Willing to learn new skills and share your existing knowledge

·       Maintain a high standard of food

·       Experience in Japanese/sushi will be highly regarded
