About Us

AOL Building Services is a family-owned commercial and residential carpentry and fit-out company based in Kogarah, NSW. We deliver projects across Sydney and regional NSW, working in education, hospitality, commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and specialist carpentry works.

We go to great lengths to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard. As a result, we are looking for motivated, reliable and skilled carpenters who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about quality.

You Will Need

• Minimum 4 years' experience in carpentry or joinery
• Experience supervising commercial carpentry and fit-out projects
• Recent experience in commercial fit-out carpentry including door installation, hardware fit-off and framing works
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Full set of carpentry tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Passion for safety and delivery of quality projects
• Current driver's licence preferred
• Full working rights in Australia

Employment Details

• Full-time position
• 6-month probation period
