Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Club Supervisor to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be a people person with excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the club, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting our team in delivering an outstanding experience to all visitors.

This is a part-time or casual position offering regular part-time hours. Applicants must be available to work nights and weekends.

About the Role:

As a Club Supervisor, you will lead by example and take a hands-on approach across the venue. You will support the team, provide excellent customer service and ensure the Club operates efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise daily operations, supporting staff and ensuring the club runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage staff schedules, provide training, and oversee performance.

• Delivering friendly and professional customer service.

• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the club, including the bowling greens, equipment, and facilities.

• Communicating confidently with customers and team members.

• Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and manage inventory.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.

• Maintaining compliance with RSA & RCG.

• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for members and guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• RSA & RCG

• Basic knowledge of bowling.

• High level of cash handling accuracy

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with point-of-sale systems.

Current ARCG and first aid would be an advantage but will be provided to the successful applicant.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
