Based in East Rockingham, RubberGem Agri transforms 100% recycled rubber into high-quality flooring used in dairy sheds, horse stables and equestrian centres across more than 20 countries.

About the role

This is an office-based sales support role. You won't be on the road. You'll be on the phone and email, responding to farmers and horse owners who've contacted us about flooring for their property. Your job: take the enquiry, understand what they need, prepare a quote, follow up until it's won or lost.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries from the website, phone, and email

• Qualify each enquiry - what are they flooring, how many square metres, what product

• Prepare quotes using our pricing tools

• Follow up - most sales happen on the second or third contact, not the first

• Log everything in GoHighLevel CRM

• Flag large or complex jobs to the Sales Manager

• Track your pipeline and report weekly

About you

• Have experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar customer-facing role

• Are comfortable making follow-up calls (you won't be cold calling, these are inbound leads)

• Can manage multiple quotes and customer enquiries while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Write clear, professional emails

• Pick up product knowledge quickly (we'll train you)

• Work well in a small, fast-moving team
